Your communication skills enable you to effectively share data-driven insights with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are adept at identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and enhancing Seller experiences. Your experience in developing business plans from the ground up demonstrates your ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or global selling environments is a plus, as is familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in diverse teams. You are innovative and excel in execution, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover key success drivers and obstacles for Sellers, focusing on both Seller and Sales behavior. You will develop comprehensive business plans aimed at driving Seller success, particularly in the context of new regions. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the China Account Manager team, PMO team, and Marketplace partners to ensure that all initiatives are aligned with global strategies. You will be expected to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong analytical, program management, and communication skills.
