What you'll do

As an Operations Manager in the Pathways program, you will start as an Area Manager, learning Amazon operations on the front line. You will manage and direct 50 to 100 associates in one of our world-class fulfillment or delivery centers. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring that processes run smoothly, and driving improvements in operational efficiency.

You will progress into the Operations Manager role, where you will gain experience leading other managers and teams of 50 to 500 members. You will be responsible for driving improvements in operational processes and the end-to-end supply chain. Your leadership will be crucial in delivering the best results for our customers, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization.
