Who you are
You are an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management, ideally with an MBA or a Master's degree. You possess excellent leadership skills and are eager to take on progressively challenging opportunities within Amazon's operations network. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to enhancing customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives. You have a passion for developing standard operating procedures and are comfortable working with large teams across different shifts. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead continuous improvement projects that significantly impact productivity and quality, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures that align with Amazon's operational goals. You will have direct accountability for setting and meeting these operational goals while scoping and designing standardized concepts. As part of the Pathways Leadership Program, you will shadow experienced leaders across various operations to gain insights into effective management practices. You will also have the opportunity to lead large teams across different shifts, driving results that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
