Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will be operationally responsible for a data center, overseeing the performance of data center technicians and operators. You will prioritize and assign trouble tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include recruiting and training data technicians to maintain appropriate staffing levels and developing internal tools to streamline operations. You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to deliver the highest standards of service while managing the complexities of data center operations.
You will also be involved in strategic planning, working closely with other managers to align operational goals with the overall objectives of AWS. Your role will require you to analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to optimize operations.
