You understand the importance of collaboration with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to achieve business objectives. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, ensuring they are motivated and engaged throughout their shifts. You will manage key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities will include developing plans in collaboration with support teams to meet business objectives and ensuring that all workflows are executed efficiently. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time.
