You have at least 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, which has equipped you with the skills to manage data effectively and streamline operations. You are adaptable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the role. You are at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
You thrive in a team environment and are eager to collaborate with others to ensure the smooth operation of supply management. Your attention to detail allows you to accurately handle non-inventoried goods, ensuring that all supplies are organized and readily available for use. You understand the importance of maintaining appropriate supply levels and are proactive in addressing any shortages or discrepancies.
What you'll do
As the Operations Manager, you will work closely with your team to manage the flow of non-inventoried goods, including MRO supplies, corrugated materials, safety equipment, and tools. Your responsibilities will include operating the PIT Rider, accurately unloading and storing goods, and placing products in designated work areas. You will also organize packaging supplies and maintain appropriate shipping supply levels, ensuring that operations run smoothly.
You will be responsible for receiving goods into the Coupa system, which involves data entry and research on missing non-inventory items. Your role will also include conducting accurate cycle counts of shipping supplies and ensuring the timely delivery of expenses. You will receive shipping supplies and gift wrap items, directing them to the appropriate locations within the facility. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations.
