Overview
Amazon is hiring an Analista de Logística to coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders. You'll work with MS Office and advanced Excel skills to analyze operational metrics and ensure compliance with global standards. This position is entry-level and based in Recife.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a high school diploma or equivalent and ideally possess a completed higher education degree. You are proficient in MS Office, particularly with advanced Excel skills including vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros. You are available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and have experience in logistics and/or transportation. You are comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders, ensuring that all operations align with Amazon's high standards. You will define and execute operational plans for peak periods, ensuring compliance with global process standards while working on continuous improvement initiatives. You will monitor operational metrics and analyze data from various sources to identify relevant trends, presenting your findings in a way that drives action. Additionally, you will investigate the root causes of operational issues to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
