What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and motivating them to achieve their best performance. You will manage key operational metrics, ensuring that safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. Collaborating with various support teams, you will develop plans to meet business objectives and maintain customer delivery promises.

You will play a crucial role in the workflow of operations, overseeing the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location.
