Who you are
You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong desire to contribute to a team that delivers millions of packages daily. You have at least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office products and applications, which enables you to efficiently manage tasks and communicate effectively. You are capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, demonstrating your physical readiness for the role. You are flexible with your schedule, willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. Your leadership experience, directly managing others for at least a year, showcases your ability to support and motivate team members effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in maximizing employee productivity and ensuring customer engagement. You will support, mentor, and motivate others while managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, you will develop plans to meet business objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the workflow of operations, which consists of the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. You will ensure that customer expectations are met by delivering orders at the right time and to the right location. Your role is crucial in maintaining the vision and dedication to customer satisfaction that Amazon is known for.
