Who you are

You have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, which has equipped you with the skills to manage various administrative tasks effectively. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency. Your ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external suppliers makes you a valuable team member. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.

You understand the importance of tracking and reporting labor hours and are committed to ensuring that all associates comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Your attention to detail helps you identify safety hazards and address them promptly, contributing to a safe work environment. You are willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays, to meet the demands of the Fulfillment Center.

What you'll do

As a Process Assistant, you will support the Area Manager in managing daily operations within the Fulfillment Center. Your responsibilities will include allocating labor, leading meetings, and assigning job duties to associates. You will also provide vacation coverage for Area Managers and assist in tracking attendance and performance metrics. Your role will involve training associates and ensuring they adhere to SOP compliance, which is crucial for maintaining operational excellence.

You will participate in various initiatives aimed at improving area performance, including tracking and reporting on associate performance. Additionally, you will assist in keeping the work area clean and organized, which is essential for safety and efficiency. You will be involved in coaching associates to work safely and will refer any job injuries immediately to the Area Manager. Your contributions will help ensure that the Fulfillment Center meets its daily production goals and operates smoothly.
