Who you are
You have a strong business acumen and industry expertise that enables you to engage effectively at the CXO level. With a background in sales, you can easily interact with enterprise customers and field sales representatives, ensuring that you can convey the value of AWS as the technology platform of choice.
You possess a holistic view of the Partner Ecosystem in West, East, and Central Africa, with a specific focus on Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and Zimbabwe. Your strategic thinking allows you to navigate business, product, and technical challenges, building compelling value propositions that resonate with partners and customers alike.
What you'll do
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall customer adoption across all market segments through partner engagement. You will facilitate engagement with AWS Commercial field sales teams and customers, ensuring that the AWS Consulting Partner Ecosystem continues to thrive.
You will advise customers and commercial sales teams on the value of AWS, helping them understand how to leverage the platform to achieve their business outcomes. Your role will involve building mind share and adoption of AWS across strategic business partners, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver key services that drive customer success.
