What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis across multiple states. You will perform a variety of technical tasks related to payroll operations, including data compilation and support for the Payroll Team. Your responsibilities will include processing payroll utilizing vendor payroll software, auditing payroll-related data, and inputting garnishments, child support, levies, and liens. You will review and process time sheet input records for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will also be involved in processing manual check calculations and working with vendors to handle stop payments and reversals. Assisting with check distribution and backing up other payroll analysts will be part of your duties. You will produce timely responses to employee inquiries, ensuring that all questions are addressed promptly and accurately. Your role will be crucial in maintaining the highest level of customer obsession and controllership in payroll operations.
