What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the training needs of all employees within the distribution center. You will collaborate closely with your team to develop and implement training programs that address these needs, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. You will also work with a central European team to prioritize and deploy training initiatives based on customer needs.

You will spend time on the ground with teams, observing their workflows and identifying areas for improvement. This hands-on approach will allow you to tailor training programs to the specific challenges faced by employees in the distribution center. You will lead training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support employee development and engagement.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy for employee development and training within the organization. You will analyze training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve training programs. Your leadership will help foster a culture of learning and development, ensuring that employees feel supported in their growth.
