What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the training needs of all employees within the distribution center. You will also work with a central European team to prioritize and deploy training initiatives based on customer needs.
You will spend time on the ground with teams, observing their workflows and identifying areas for improvement. You will lead training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support employee development and engagement.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy for employee development and training within the organization. Your leadership will help foster a culture of learning and development, ensuring that employees feel supported in their growth.
