You are capable of handling various pharmacy operations, including prescription verification and order processing.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working overnight shifts. You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to interact effectively with customers and team members. You are dedicated to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the pharmacy experience for customers.

What you'll do

As an Overnight Staff Pharmacist at Amazon Pharmacy, you will oversee the entire prescription fulfillment process, from initial order processing to final verification and shipment. You will manage customer profiles in PharmacyOS, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include filling and verifying prescriptions, coordinating prescription transfers, and acquiring new prescriptions. You will also focus on system-based verification and documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy in all pharmacy operations.

You will work closely with a team of pharmacy professionals to ensure that all medications are dispensed safely and efficiently. Your role will require you to be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns that customers may have regarding their medications.
