Who you are
You are a highly creative and strategic storyteller with a passion for showcasing authentic employee narratives. You have experience building trust with employees at all levels and translating their experiences into engaging content. Your exceptional listening and writing skills allow you to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and you thrive in fast-paced environments. You are a self-starter who can work autonomously as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
You have a proven track record of creating narratives that resonate across different audiences and channels. Your ability to identify storytelling opportunities that align with business priorities and cultural moments sets you apart. You understand what resonates with both hourly and salaried workforce audiences, making you an expert in employee storytelling.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the storytelling lead for the Workplace team, responsible for discovering, developing, and sharing compelling employee stories. You will support content development for integrated employee experience campaigns in partnership with various teams. Your responsibilities will include identifying and executing storytelling opportunities based on cultural moments and business milestones. You will collaborate with PXT, Communications, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure that employee narratives are effectively communicated and celebrated.
