What you'll do

In this role, you will lead transformational financial initiatives within the Finance Operations Accounting & Analysis (FOAA) team at Amazon. You will be responsible for developing and driving projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies to solve significant business problems and enhance customer experiences. Your role will involve defining and establishing best practices in collaboration with senior leadership across Finance Operations, Accounting, and Technology. You will coordinate projects that aim to create brand new processes, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively.

You will work closely with a talented team of financial analysts and project managers, guiding them through the complexities of financial transformation. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of FOAA projects, and you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence initiatives that align with Amazon's broader business objectives. You will also be expected to perform deep analytics on existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and re-engineering activities that can lead to enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
