What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading change initiatives and driving operational excellence within the FOAA PMO team. You will develop and implement strategic plans that focus on both short-term wins and long-term gains, coordinating projects with senior leadership across finance operations, accounting, and technology. Your role will involve defining and establishing best practices, managing project intake processes, and ensuring effective project governance across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-organizational partners to build and grow strategic operational mechanisms that align with the goals of the FOAA team. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, as you work to deliver impactful results that support the overall mission of Amazon's finance operations.
