Overview

Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant to manage daily operations within the Last Mile operations team. You'll be responsible for allocating labor, leading meetings, and providing work direction. This position is based in Manhattan, Kansas.

As a Process Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage department duties, including allocating labor and leading meetings to ensure smooth operations. You will assign job duties to team members and provide clear work direction, fostering a collaborative environment. Your communication skills will be essential as you interact with both internal and external suppliers to coordinate efforts effectively.

You will participate in training that will enhance your skills and prepare you for the challenges of the role. This training will take place at an operating site located more than 50 miles from your home site, and all travel accommodations will be covered by Amazon. Your ability to adapt and learn quickly will be crucial as you navigate this training period.

Amazon offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00, along with additional earnings potential through overtime pay and performance bonuses.
