Overview

Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant to manage daily operations in the Last Mile organization. You'll be responsible for allocating labor, leading meetings, and providing work direction. This position is based in Stewartville, Minnesota.

Who you are

You are a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn. As a Process Assistant, you will engage in in-role training that lasts over five weeks, which will take place at an operating site located more than 50 miles from your home site. You are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and are excited about being part of a team that innovates the last mile delivery process.

You understand the importance of effective communication and collaboration, as you will be working closely with both internal and external suppliers. Your ability to lead meetings and assign job duties will be crucial in managing department responsibilities effectively. You are adaptable and ready to roll up your sleeves to contribute to the team's success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of department duties, which includes allocating labor and leading meetings. You will assign job duties to team members and provide work direction to ensure that operations run smoothly. Your role will also involve communicating with various stakeholders to coordinate efforts and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

As part of the Last Mile operations in the Rural Super Rural (RSR) organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive their deliveries on time and are satisfied with the service provided. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in logistics and delivery.
