What you'll do
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing operational processes that enhance the Selling Partner Experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and launch self-service software products, known as Paramount workflows, that streamline seller engagement. Your role will involve continuous improvement efforts to ensure that these workflows meet the evolving needs of Amazon's sellers.
You will partner with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in seller operations. Your contributions will have a direct impact on Amazon's ability to attract and retain third-party sellers, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.
