With strong leadership skills, you excel in guiding teams through the New Product Introduction process, ensuring that concepts are effectively architected and process flows are well-defined. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders allows you to navigate the complexities of product development seamlessly.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the process development for innovative module packaging solutions, working closely with Apple's ATG Sensing Group. You will architect new concepts and define process flows to ensure successful high-volume manufacturing with external OSAT partners. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and external suppliers to address integration challenges and successfully launch new consumer products.

You will be instrumental in driving project efficiency and ensuring that the packaging solutions meet the high standards expected by Apple. Your leadership will guide the team in overcoming obstacles and achieving project milestones, contributing to the overall success of the product development lifecycle.
