Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in process improvement and compliance. You are skilled at evaluating performance metrics and identifying opportunities for operational enhancements. Your ability to lead through influence and insist on high standards is key to your success in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively partner with regional leaders to implement standard operating procedures. You are adept at interpreting data and using it to drive meaningful results.
Desirable

What you'll do
As the Process Excellence Manager, you will evaluate performance objectives across the SSD network and lead initiatives to reduce variation from established standards. You will develop clear roadmaps for process improvements and work closely with site leaders to implement these changes.
