Who you are
You have a proven track record in operations management, particularly in fast-paced environments like fulfillment centers or supply chains. Your experience includes leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency. You are adept at interpreting data and using it to inform decision-making, ensuring that your team meets the highest standards of process execution.
You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others to achieve results. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can effectively communicate objectives and expectations. Your analytical mindset allows you to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that your region consistently exceeds cost commitments.
What you'll do
As the Site Operational Excellence Manager, you will evaluate performance objectives across your region, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. You will develop clear roadmaps and milestones to ensure that your region meets its cost commitments across various material process paths. Your role will involve auditing and teaching best practices while driving execution to benchmark standards.
You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, partnering with regional leaders to implement effective strategies that enhance operational performance. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing efforts to reduce variation from standards and improving process control. You will lead initiatives that translate into tangible productivity gains, ensuring that your team delivers the best results for customers.
