Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on technical products or online services. Your background includes managing cross-functional teams and delivering major new products or services, showcasing your ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights. You possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, which complements your experience in product, program, or project management. Your strong communication skills enable you to bridge conversations between business users and development teams effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the build-out of new internal-facing applications, products, features, and tools. You will own the translation of business intent and customer needs into clear, concise, well-documented business requirements or product backlogs for complex applications. Your responsibilities will include developing a longer-term product roadmap that aligns with stakeholder business and application objectives. You will work closely with tech, UX, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful business capabilities, ensuring that product development plans support the overall goals of the organization.
