Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on team performance and tooling solutions. You understand the intricacies of the employer/employee relationship and are passionate about creating impactful product experiences that drive transformation. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, and you thrive in environments that prioritize innovation and user-centric design.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable making data-driven decisions. You have experience in user research, A/B testing, and defining success metrics for product initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels ensures that you can advocate for your product vision and align teams towards common goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Team Tooling, focusing on enhancing manager visibility into team performance. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop features that provide real-time insights, enabling managers to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research to identify pain points, defining metrics for success, and iterating on product features based on user feedback.
You will lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines, and you will be responsible for communicating progress to stakeholders. Your role will also involve mentoring junior product managers and contributing to the overall product culture at BetterUp. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team dynamics and innovation.
