Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in product or program management, blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives. You possess a founder's mentality and are adept at driving roadmap strategy and definition, ensuring successful end-to-end product delivery. Your background includes experience with feature delivery and making tradeoffs to enhance product offerings. You are a seasoned business person who understands the importance of operational process improvements and customer experience.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders across operational, technical, business, retail, and finance teams. Your primary focus will be on the Amazon Now selection strategy, where you will build localized selection and own vendor promotions and partnerships. You will also be responsible for improving pricing and in-stock levels while implementing operational process improvements. Your work will directly impact the shopping experience of millions of customers globally by operationalizing this exciting new service.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $161,900.00 - $219,000.00 USD annually for this position, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
