Job Description
Who you are
You have 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in managing technical products or online services. You are skilled in leading cross-functional teams to deliver major new products or services, and you thrive in environments where you can evaluate complex supply chain problems in the context of evolving business needs. Your advanced knowledge of SQL and VBA allows you to analyze data effectively and experiment with solutions that maximize stock availability at dark stores. You are comfortable working through ambiguity and cutting through clutter to identify the right problems to solve. You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy partnering with stakeholders across operations, tech, and business to build world-class solutions.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager for Amazon Now, you will evaluate the supply chain problem space to identify opportunities for optimization in supply chain planning. You will experiment with solutions that aim to maximize instock and availability, focusing on key metrics such as stock availability and sales weighted out of stock. You will create and deliver a robust roadmap that outlines the optimization solutions necessary to meet business goals. Your role will involve working closely with various teams, including instock, operations excellence, marketing, and category management, to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the overall business strategy. You will be responsible for driving the execution of these solutions with the right speed and efficiency, ensuring that the supply chain operates smoothly and effectively.
