Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products and features that improve the Amazon returns and refunds experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to manage the product development of key features in our roadmap. Your responsibilities will include defining requirements for new technologies, driving critical business metrics, and ensuring that the products you develop delight our customers. You will tackle novel situations daily, leveraging your problem-solving skills to achieve the best results for our customers. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
