You have a strong background in product management, with experience in managing complex businesses and solving technical challenges. You are adept at influencing key partner teams to drive initiatives to completion, and you possess a strong bias toward data-driven decision-making. Your ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems is a key asset in your role. You thrive in environments with a high degree of ambiguity and enjoy collaborating across a wide cross-section of stakeholders. You are a product leader who communicates priorities effectively and works well with diverse teams, including software engineering, logistics, and finance.
Desirable
Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. A background in data analysis or metrics-driven product management will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and launch of innovative products and features that improve the Amazon returns and refunds experience. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to manage the product development of key features in our roadmap. Your responsibilities will include defining requirements for new technologies, driving critical business metrics, and ensuring that the products you develop delight our customers. You will tackle novel situations daily, leveraging your problem-solving skills to achieve the best results for our customers. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, A/B testing, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
