Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, with experience in aligning team efforts with company strategies. You are data-driven and customer-focused, capable of setting project-based KPIs and utilizing customer insights to inform your strategy and execution. Your leadership skills enable you to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of vision and proper delivery of projects.
You excel in prioritization and documentation, driving the execution of all processes in the product life cycle. Your ability to conduct product and market research, customer analysis, and roadmap development is essential to your success. You are comfortable leading initiatives independently and thrive in collaborative environments where you can guide teams towards achieving their goals.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at 2U, you will determine and communicate team priorities that align with overall company goals and strategy. You will drive the execution of processes throughout the product life cycle, including product and market research, customer analysis, planning, requirements gathering, and product launch. Your role will involve leading a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to ensure the successful release of product initiatives.
You will be responsible for setting project-based KPIs and utilizing customer knowledge to inform your strategy and execution. Your ability to drive well-framed and unambiguous product initiatives will be crucial in this role. You will work closely with peers and leaders across the organization to ensure that all efforts are aligned with the company's mission to deliver world-class digital education at scale.
