Your experience in high-growth environments means you are adept at navigating shifting priorities and making high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market. You are passionate about improving customer experiences and have a solid understanding of how to leverage AI and translation technologies to achieve this.
You thrive in cross-functional roles and enjoy collaborating with engineering, science, and business leaders to set strategy and define priorities. Your ability to communicate clearly and prioritize effectively allows you to drive projects forward and ensure that customer needs are met. You are familiar with A/B testing methodologies and understand the importance of data-driven decision-making in product development.
Desirable
Experience with localization technologies or working in e-commerce is a plus. Familiarity with customer shopping behaviors and preferences will help you make informed decisions that enhance the overall experience for Amazon customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining the localization experience for Amazon customers and selling partners globally.
