Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the software or technology sectors. You enjoy understanding a broad set of customer requirements and digging into technical constraints to deliver an elegantly simple customer experience. Your strong communication skills enable you to drive enterprise-level customer conversations and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
You thrive in a hands-on role, jumping into various projects and features while working closely with design, user research, and engineering. You are adept at thinking critically and collaboratively about how to solve complex customer problems. Your expertise in product management allows you to shape and grow not just the product but also the team.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Highspot, you will take ownership of specific areas within the product portfolio, working closely with various stakeholders to define product vision and strategy. You will lead product initiatives that leverage cutting-edge AI and GenAI technologies, ensuring that the product meets the evolving needs of sales teams worldwide.
