You are customer-focused and passionate about helping advertisers measure and optimize their brand-building campaigns. You thrive in collaborative environments and have a proven track record of delivering impactful products that drive business outcomes.

You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at interpreting data to inform product strategy. Your experience includes defining product roadmaps and strategies that align with customer needs and business goals. You are comfortable working with large datasets and have a solid understanding of event-driven architectures. You are also skilled in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.

Desirable

Experience in advertising technology or brand measurement is a plus. Familiarity with performance reporting and actionable insights will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You may also have experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies, which will help you refine product features based on user feedback.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of technical solutions for brand measurement and benchmarking. You will define the strategy and roadmap for these products, ensuring they meet the needs of advertisers. Collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and design teams, you will build robust reporting products that provide actionable insights to advertisers. Your responsibilities will include identifying customer needs, working backward from those needs to develop solutions, and driving adoption through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for analyzing campaign effectiveness and identifying optimization opportunities for advertisers. By delivering performance reporting, you will empower global advertisers to connect their media investments with real customer outcomes. Your role will be pivotal in helping Amazon Ads grow its advertising business by providing innovative solutions that enhance brand measurement capabilities.
