Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the advertising or technology sectors — you've successfully developed and executed go-to-market strategies that resonate with customers and drive business growth. Your strong analytical skills enable you to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, translating complex data into actionable insights that inform product development.
You are an excellent communicator, capable of articulating product visions and strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders — your experience includes presenting to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across various departments. You have a customer-centric mindset, always advocating for the needs and challenges of advertisers, and you thrive in collaborative environments where you can work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams.
Desirable
Experience in digital advertising or analytics is a plus, as is familiarity with full-funnel measurement strategies — you understand the intricacies of measuring advertising effectiveness across multiple channels and can leverage this knowledge to enhance product offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and orchestrate comprehensive go-to-market strategies for the full funnel measurement product portfolio — you'll be responsible for ensuring that Amazon Ads builds products that meet customer needs and achieve strong product-market fit. You will conduct thorough market research and customer interviews to identify opportunities and translate advertiser challenges into actionable product requirements.
You will communicate the product vision to internal and external stakeholders, proactively driving business reviews up to the VP level — your ability to craft compelling narratives around product positioning and messaging will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers to ensure that the products developed align with market demands and customer expectations.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $187,000.00 - $252,900.00 annually for this position, along with comprehensive benefits including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and customer satisfaction, contributing to the growth of Amazon Ads and its impact on advertisers worldwide.
