Who you are
You have a strong background in product management with at least 5+ years of experience leading product teams in technology-driven environments. Your expertise in AI solutions and life sciences will enable you to drive innovation and deliver impactful products that transform the industry. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build and nurture relationships with executive leaders in pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
You are a strategic thinker who can define and own business metrics, P&L responsibilities, and growth strategies. Your experience in developing foundational capabilities in HealthOmics and HealthImaging will be crucial as you identify new opportunities for AI-powered life sciences solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with scientific, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to accelerate adoption of AWS Life Sciences solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive the multi-year vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for AWS Life Sciences products. You will lead the development of innovative AI solutions that improve human capabilities and business outcomes in drug discovery, clinical development, and diagnostics. Your responsibilities will include driving key PRFAQs and OP1 documents for executive review, ensuring alignment on strategic initiatives.
You will represent AWS Life Sciences strategy at executive forums and drive strategic partnerships, fostering a culture of innovation within your team. As a leader, you will mentor and develop senior product leaders, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed. Your ability to define and track business metrics will be essential in measuring the success of the products you oversee.
