Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving digital innovation and solving complex problems. As a Digital Product Manager Apprentice, you will engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop a compelling vision and strategy for your product. You prioritize delivering value to users while balancing competing priorities and constraints. You represent user needs throughout the product lifecycle, supporting a multi-disciplinary team to bring the product to life. You develop and prioritize the product backlog, create user stories, and make data-driven decisions. You adapt your communication style as appropriate when engaging with a variety of stakeholders, developing an in-depth understanding of user needs and championing these throughout the product's delivery. You encourage user adoption and engagement through various communication channels, setting measurable goals for your product and reporting on progress against key metrics.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of digital products, from inception to decommissioning. You will work alongside experienced product managers to develop a holistic understanding of the technology, data, and user needs required to deliver exceptional digital products that create value for our business and customers. You will actively participate in the vision, roadmaps, and delivery of other products within your portfolio, ensuring that you contribute to the best results for our customers. You will also support the development of strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring that your products meet the needs of users and stakeholders alike.
