Who you are
You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in digital products and a passion for sports. You thrive at the intersection of technology and user experience, understanding how to leverage data to enhance fan engagement. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams makes you a vital bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.
You are skilled in managing product backlogs and have a proven track record of owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery. Your experience with A/B testing and data analytics allows you to make informed decisions that drive product success. You are comfortable configuring tooling and CMS platforms to support operational activations across various digital channels.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of product features, collaborating closely with teams across Product Design, Research & Insights, Engineering, QA, and Project Management. You will create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that squads are aligned with clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research and audits across Premier League platforms to inform product strategy.
You will support the ongoing evolution of the Fantasy Premier League, working with Data & Analytics teams to facilitate A/B testing and experimentation. Additionally, you will help define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs based on insights and business needs. Your role will be crucial in delivering high-impact digital products that enhance the fan experience and engage millions of sports fans worldwide.
