You are a seasoned product marketer with a strong background in driving Go To Market strategies. With a creative and strategic mindset, you understand the optimal customer mobile app experience and can adapt global strategies for local markets. You excel in building trust with cross-functional teams and leaders, and you thrive in environments where you can juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Your communication skills are top-notch, both oral and written, allowing you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You possess high levels of creativity, independence, and attention to detail, which are essential for developing engaging marketing strategies. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate through it to achieve your goals.

Desirable

Experience in the music industry or with digital content platforms would be a plus, as would familiarity with various marketing channels such as social media, brand marketing, and paid advertising. A background in analytics and data-driven decision-making would also enhance your ability to drive feature awareness and adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a core member of the Audience Development Marketing team, responsible for the strategy and execution of Go To Market initiatives for Amazon Music. You will collaborate closely with product managers to set the product roadmap and develop new features that delight customers. Your role will involve working with various marketing teams to create global strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and retention of Amazon Music features across all devices.

You will need to adapt global strategies to meet local customer needs and comply with regional regulations. This requires a keen understanding of different markets and the ability to tailor messaging and campaigns accordingly. You will also be expected to influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and support for your initiatives.
