Amazon is seeking a Product Quality Manager for their Private Brands team in Shenzhen. You'll be responsible for developing product requirements and managing testing processes to ensure high-quality products. Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in product quality management, particularly with ingestible and formulated products. Your experience includes developing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You are skilled in collaborating with various stakeholders across different regions, including North America, Europe, and Japan, to maintain high product quality. You are proactive in addressing quality complaints and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills allow you to identify opportunities for enhancing quality processes and systems.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end development and testing of Amazon's Private Brands products. You will work closely with suppliers and third-party testing laboratories to ensure compliance and quality throughout the product lifecycle. You will implement and maintain Amazon's quality systems, ensuring that all products meet or exceed industry standards. You will analyze customer review ratings and proactively address any quality issues that arise. Your collaboration with global stakeholders will be crucial in providing visibility through appropriate reporting and ensuring that product quality is consistently delivered to customers worldwide.
