What you'll do

As the Head of Product Engineering (Quality) at Amazon, you will lead and manage a team of quality development managers across various product categories and marketplaces. Your responsibilities will include supporting Amazon's Private Brands global product development and validation processes. You will drive process improvement initiatives and manage quality metrics, ensuring that necessary reviews and actions are in place. You will also be responsible for designing appropriate reporting to improve visibility of product development and validation processes, integrating strong analysis and business rationale into decision-making.
