What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving defect elimination initiatives within the WW Retail sector under the Retail Efficiency Program. You will partner with upstream tech and retail teams to implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include overall planning and execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational metrics. You will engage with WW Retail teams to build confidence through quality delivery and sound reporting metrics. Your role will require you to influence both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

You will also be tasked with delivering technology-based solutions that are highly scalable, focusing on maintaining a good balance between customer and business partner needs.
