You have extensive experience in program management, ideally with a focus on retail or customer experience initiatives. Your leadership skills are well-established, and you excel at influencing cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are a bar-raising communicator, both verbally and in writing, and you have a knack for articulating complex problems and solutions clearly. You understand the importance of customer-centricity and are passionate about improving customer experiences through innovative solutions.
You have a proven track record of setting strategic direction for product portfolios and defining goals that prioritize customer value. Your ability to prepare launch strategies and identify go-to-market approaches is a key strength. You thrive in environments that require high judgment and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics. You are committed to developing your team and fostering an environment of collaboration and alignment.
Desirable
Experience in leading teams across multiple job families is a plus. Familiarity with tools and methodologies that enhance brand experience and customer satisfaction will set you apart. A background in data analysis and leveraging customer feedback to drive product decisions is also desirable.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Retail Business Services Brand Experience initiative at Amazon. You will be responsible for building and developing products, programs, and self-help tools that empower worldwide brands to enhance their customer experience and grow their business. You will own the vision and long-term roadmap for the portfolio, ensuring that your team executes on this vision effectively.
You will set the direction for the portfolio of products and offerings, defining clear goals and prioritizing features based on customer value. Your role will involve preparing for product launches and identifying effective go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive the best results for customers.
Your leadership will be crucial in navigating complex challenges and ensuring that the right leaders are involved in decision-making processes. You will regularly inform stakeholders about progress and align teams towards clear priorities. Your ability to influence and communicate effectively will be key to your success in this role.
