Who you are

You have a strong background in physical security management, with a proven track record of overseeing security systems design and implementation. Your experience includes working with Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance systems, ensuring compliance with physical security standards. You are innovative and highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering results on time and within budget. Your in-depth knowledge of security technology allows you to be a subject matter expert in all facets of physical security. You thrive in cross-functional teams and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. You are willing to work in all related disciplines, from technology research to system design and layout, and you have experience overseeing construction and implementation phases.

Desirable

Experience in the AWS environment or familiarity with cloud security practices would be a plus. You may also have certifications in physical security or project management, which would enhance your candidacy for this role.

What you'll do

As a Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for the design, installation, and integration of security systems equipment for AWS data centers. You will lead physical security projects, ensuring that all systems meet compliance standards and are implemented effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with the EMEA Security team and reporting to the Multi-Cluster Security Program Manager. You will supervise the compliance of physical security standards and manage various projects related to physical security infrastructure. Your success will be measured by your ability to assist in the development and commissioning of standardized security systems across the AWS region, focusing on key performance metrics and objectives. You will also be involved in the maintenance and upgrades of existing systems, ensuring they remain effective and up-to-date with the latest security technologies.
