What you'll do

In this role, you will manage physical security projects for AWS data centers, ensuring that all security systems are implemented according to AWS standards. You will interpret threat assessments to select appropriate security mitigations and collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with security protocols.

You will be responsible for training local security teams, providing them with the technical knowledge and resources necessary to uphold the physical security mission. Your role will involve regular assessments of security systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure that security measures are effective and up-to-date.

You will also engage in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of security projects. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance will be crucial to your success in this role.
