Who you are

You are an innovative Program Manager with superior analytical and planning abilities, bringing at least 3 years of program or project management experience. Your background includes working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams, allowing you to effectively communicate and collaborate across various departments. You have a strong understanding of supply chain and logistics, particularly in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations, which is essential for this role.

Your technical skills are complemented by excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. You are proficient in SQL and have advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps. You have experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, which will be crucial in driving efficiency in fulfillment operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for launching new programs aimed at accelerating speed in fulfillment operations, including initiatives like Dark Store and SSD. You will set up the network and transportation configurations across emerging markets, ensuring that all processes are optimized for efficiency. Your responsibilities will also include managing the launch of new systems, tools, dashboards, and processes, as well as undertaking cost and speed improvement projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams spanning finance, operations, and technology to establish processes for maintaining configurations and driving improvements in existing fulfillment operations. Additionally, you will prepare for and lead senior leadership reviews on these programs, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned on progress and outcomes.
