Who you are
You have 2+ years of program or project management experience, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects and drive results. Your strong analytical skills allow you to gather and interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance supply chain operations. You communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You are adept at creating and presenting documentation for senior executives, aligning your project roadmaps with strategic objectives. Your experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management equips you to navigate the complexities of supply chain challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements, ensuring that everyone is on the same page. You will set measurable milestones for projects and continuously evaluate goals for ongoing programs. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing data to drive project decisions and provide valuable business insights. You will run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs. Additionally, you will document standards for projects and ensure compliance, managing both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
