You have a proven track record of managing projects and strategic initiatives to completion, demonstrating ownership of your work. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills enable you to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and technical environment, showcasing your innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Your strong time management and project management skills allow you to effectively manage new and existing programs, delivering challenging projects across various organizations.

Desirable

Experience in e-commerce packaging or sustainability initiatives would be a plus, as well as familiarity with operational improvement processes. You are motivated, optimistic, and agile, ready to tackle the challenges that come with developing scalable solutions. Your ability to interface with diverse teams, including Operations, Engineering, and Data Science, will be crucial in crafting effective packaging solutions that enhance customer experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and scaling up sustainable packaging standards and solutions for Amazon's e-commerce operations. You will work directly with key internal stakeholders and partner teams to identify and execute solutions that reduce waste and damages in packaging. Your role will involve managing programs that deliver significant savings for Amazon while improving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with other program managers to secure resources and scope, ensuring that the best results are achieved for our customers.

You will also be tasked with troubleshooting and problem-solving, utilizing your innovative thinking to drive continuous operational improvement. Your ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships will be essential in crafting and delivering scalable solutions that align with Amazon's commitment to sustainability and customer-centricity. You will play a key role in driving projects that enhance the overall packaging experience for customers, ensuring that Amazon remains at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
