Who you are
You are a motivated and experienced Senior Supply Chain Program Manager with a strong analytical mindset — you excel at solving complex supply chain problems and have a proven track record of delivering results. Your ability to communicate clearly and prioritize effectively sets you apart, and you thrive in environments where you can interface with various teams to improve customer experience and inventory management.
With at least 2 years of program or project management experience, you have developed the capability to create and present documentation for senior executives — your experience allows you to align your roadmap with strategic objectives effectively. You are a data detective, skilled in analyzing root causes and implementing long-term solutions to supply chain challenges.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create roadmaps for project implementation and brief various teams on requirements — your focus will be on setting measurable milestones for projects and continuous goal setting for ongoing programs. You will collect and analyze data to drive project decisions and provide valuable business insights, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with Amazon's strategic goals.
You will run meetings with partner teams to track progress, implement new initiatives, and improve existing programs — managing both internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your strong analytical skills will be essential in documenting standards for projects and ensuring compliance across the board.
