Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to drive site-wide initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture. Who you are
You have experience in program management, particularly in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals. You understand the importance of fostering a positive workplace culture and have a track record of enhancing employee connection and recognition. Your ability to analyze feedback and continuously improve programs is a key strength. You are skilled in building strong partnerships with various stakeholders, including HR and site leadership, to ensure alignment and accountability.
You are adept at managing budgets for engagement initiatives and can effectively report on ROI. Your experience includes conducting employee needs analysis through surveys and focus groups, allowing you to surface actionable insights for leadership. You are a strong communicator, capable of organizing site-level communications and facilitating leadership visits and town halls to enhance employee engagement.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead mid- to large-scale employee engagement initiatives that are aligned with the site and organizational vision. You will design and execute programs focused on new hire onboarding, retention initiatives, and rewards and recognition. Your responsibilities will include defining and tracking success metrics, analyzing feedback, and continuously improving programs based on insights gathered from employees. You will partner closely with HR to ensure that employee voices are heard and acted upon, facilitating focus groups and tracking actions with site leaders to ensure accountability.
You will also support site learning and upskilling programs, driving participation and outcomes that contribute to employee development. Organizing site-level communications, leadership visits, and town halls will be part of your duties, ensuring that employees are informed and engaged. Your role will require you to report directly to the Site Leader, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable impact.
