You have a minimum of 6 years of professional Program Management or Operations experience, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects effectively. With at least 3 years of experience specifically within a Quality Assurance environment, you understand the nuances of QA processes and standards. Your proven experience in vendor management showcases your ability to work with and lead vendor teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common goals. You possess strong strategic planning skills, having successfully owned and driven OKRs for various programs in the past. Your data literacy allows you to interpret complex data sets, enabling you to make informed, strategic decisions that enhance program outcomes. Proficiency or foundational experience in JavaScript is part of your technical skill set, which complements your program management expertise. You have a proven track record of supporting cross-functional programs, showcasing your adaptability and collaborative spirit.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire QA lifecycle, overseeing all phases of testing including bug management, pre-launch testing, regression testing, and sanity testing across multiple business lines. You will serve as a critical bridge between product, engineering, and vendor teams, ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the development process. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing testing strategies that align with product goals, as well as managing timelines and deliverables to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. You will also be responsible for analyzing testing outcomes and providing actionable insights to improve future testing processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key, as you will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to drive program success. Additionally, you will be expected to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating your flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
