You have a strong track record of developing and maintaining security programs within cleared facilities — your experience includes working with government security programs and processes, ensuring compliance with national standards. You are innovative and customer-obsessed, always focusing on quality and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
With extensive program/project management experience, you excel at directing industrial security-related activities and managing multiple security disciplines. Your understanding of insider and external threats allows you to effectively protect personnel and critical infrastructure.
You are a security leader who thrives in collaborative settings, working alongside industry experts to continuously improve security programs. Your ability to communicate complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders is a key strength, enabling you to foster trust and cooperation.
Desirable
Experience with the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest security technologies and methodologies. You are proactive in identifying potential security risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
What you'll do
As a Senior Program Security Manager, you will own the execution of security programs that support classified operations. You will lead a team of security professionals, ensuring that all security measures are in place and effective. Your role involves collaborating with various departments to align security initiatives with organizational goals.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures that comply with government regulations.
